How much of a discount am I getting with a deep clean membership?

With a monthly deep cleaning membership, we guarantee you'll save at least a few hundred dollars. How do I sign up?

Click the sign up button located beneath the tier levels, or sign up here. You'll be able to choose the monthly or annual plan on the sign up page. You'll then be asked for your contact information and will then be able to make your first monthly or annual payment. After signing up, you can then book your next monthly deep clean or book all of your appointments at once.


How are you able to offer such a deep discount on this membership?

With a deep clean membership, we're able to offer more value to our long-term customers while still remaining profitable. Each year, companies spend thousands of dollars to acquire new customers. However, companies that are able to retain longer-term customers are more profitable in the long run. With this membership program,our loyal customers win by paying lower prices, and we win by fostering stronger customer relationships.


What's your cancellation policy?

We charge a $50 cancellation fee for memberships that are canceled less than 6 months after registering. This helps discourage customers from jumping on and off the service and allows us to keep prices low for our long-term customers.


How do you calculate pricing for each tier?

We calculate pricing by estimating the amount of time it takes to clean each tier. For example, the amount of time it takes our maids to deep clean a home that's 1,200 square feet is not much different from the amount of time it takes to clean  a 1,500 square foot home, but it becomes more significant when you compare a 1,500 square foot home to a home that's larger than 2,000 square feet. 


Why don't you calculate pricing the same way for one-time bookings?

One-time bookings are a bit more expensive for a few reasons. Firstly, one-time bookings are frequently more time-intensive. Cleaning a home that has never had a professional deep clean takes longer than deep cleaning a home that has regular professional deep cleans. Secondly, one-time bookings are designed for flexibility; customers aren't required to choose a deep clean, and may choose to have only two or three rooms cleaned. Most importantly, we want to reward returning customers by offering them an exclusive discount they can't find anywhere else.


I don't know the square footage for my property. How do I find this?

You can try popular real estate websites like, check your mortgage deed or rental lease, search for your property on the Maricopa County Assessor's Office Website, or contact your leasing office. Alternatively, you can also contact us and we'll be happy to find the square footage of your property for you. 


Is my monthly deep clean membership price subject to change?

Monthly pricing is always subject to change, but existing members's prices are locked in for a minimum of 12 months. After your first 12 months of membership, we'll give you a 60 days notice before making any changes to your monthly member price if you're on our monthly plan. Annual members' prices will stay locked in for the duration of their 12 month term.


How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, simply contact us by phone, email, chat, or by filling out our contact form. If you cancel less than 6 months after registering your membership, we'll charge the $50 cancellation fee to the card we have on file. 


What happens if I miss or cancel a monthly deep clean appointment?

Any cancellation received less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will automatically be charged a $50 cancellation fee regardless of whether you have a monthly deep clean membership or not. If you are on a monthly deep clean subscription, you'll be able to reschedule your monthly appointment for that month once your $50 cancellation fee has been collected.

If you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, then you will not be charged any cancellation fees and you can simply reschedule your monthly deep clean. 


Will you prorate my monthly membership fee if I sign up in the middle of the month?

The date you sign up will be the same date we collect your payment every month. For example, if you sign up on the 13th of the month, we'll process your monthly payment on the 13th of every month. This allows you to basically choose the date you want to be billed every month.

At this time, we do not issue prorated refunds for subscriptions that are cancelled before the end of a billing cycle.


Do you offer additional discounts for weekly or bi-weekly cleanings?

Yes, we do! We offer 20% off regular price for weekly cleanings and 15% off for bi-weekly cleanings. However, weekly and bi-weekly cleanings are considered maintenance cleanings. Therefore, the discount would be applied to the price of a regular one-time cleaning. Keep in mind that a "regular" one-time cleaning is less expensive than a "deep clean" one-time cleaning.

Let's walk through an example. Let's say you want a weekly cleaning service for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. If you fill out our booking form, you'll see that a regular cleaning for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is $130. Now, 20% off of $130 is $104, which is what you would be paying for a weekly cleaning. Most 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom houses we see fall within the 2nd tier of 1,001-2,000 square feet, which is $150. Therefore, $104 for a weekly cleaning is still much cheaper than the $150 you would be charged for a deep clean. We're able to charge much less for a weekly cleaning because weekly cleanings typically take much less time to clean than properties that are cleaned bi-weekly or monthly. With weekly or bi-weekly cleans, deep cleans are rarely necessary as deep clean tasks are usually covered through routine maintenance.



Do all of my deep cleans have to be scheduled on the same day each month?

No, they simply have to fall on the same month your monthly payment was received. For example, if your monthly payment was made in October, your monthly deep clean must be redeemed in October. We do make exceptions on a case by case basis for customers who may be traveling outside of the country for longer than a month. If you feel an exception is needed, please call us ahead of time to make arrangements.


Will I receive a refund if I cancel my Annual Membership Plan?

No, we cannot issue any refunds on annual membership plans. Therefore, Annual Membership plans are non-refundable if canceled prior to your 12 month membership period. That's why we ask that if you sign up for an Annual Membership Plan you're absolutely certain that you're ready to commit to us for at least 12 months. 


Does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee apply to a deep clean membership?

No, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to our monthly or annual deep clean memberships. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to one-time cleanings booked through our Booking Form. If you'd like to try out our service before committing to a monthly membership plan to insure we're a good fit for you, we recommend booking a one-time cleaning service through our booking form first.
